Personal Injury Experience

Kurt has always practiced in Missouri, and has concentrated his practice in litigation. Before forming Larson Law Firm, Kurt spent seven years as a partner in a Missouri law firm that took a high volume of personal injury cases. There, Kurt gained valuable experience trying and settling cases primarily involving general personal injury litigation, products liability, premises cases and commercial vehicle crashes.

In 2001, Kurt started Larson Law Firm, located in Springfield, with the goal of serving clients whose cases demand the full and uncompromised attention of a solid Missouri trial attorney who is prepared to take their case to trial if the need arises.

Community Involvement

One of Kurt’s greatest projects is Missouri Safe and Sober. Founded by Kurt in 2004, the Safe and Sober program is designed to keep students and others safe from the dangers of drunk driving. Since its inception, the Safe and Sober program has enabled Kurt to reach more than 200,000 Missouri high school students in 180 schools with his life-saving message about safety and sobriety.

In addition to Safe and Sober, Kurt spends time volunteering at and sponsoring a number of local and state organizations, including:
