Brad received his law degree magna cum laude from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2012, where he graduated in the top 5% of his class. While in law school, Brad was selected as a member of the Order of the Coif and the Missouri Law Review. He also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award, noting the highest grade obtained for his work in a number of courses including: Pretrial Litigation, Products Liability and The Criminal Prosecution Clinic. Prior to attending law school, he graduated magna cum laude from Missouri State University.
Brad is admitted to practice in all Missouri state courts, the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, and the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. Brad is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association.
Brad lives in Springfield with his wife Kelley and their two children. In his spare time, he loves spending time with his family, fishing, hunting and enjoying the outdoors.
